Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RepuBoost website at repuboost.pro and any services provided by RepuBoost ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

RepuBoost provides Google Maps reputation management services, including the publication of reviews and star ratings on Google Maps business listings. Reviews are authored by professional writers and posted from real, aged Google accounts. We do not use bots, automated scripts, or fake accounts.

Our services are offered for informational and reputational management purposes only. RepuBoost does not guarantee any specific improvement in search rankings, revenue, or customer acquisition, though these outcomes are commonly reported by clients.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business whose Google Maps listing you are submitting, or that you have the consent of the listing owner.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and a valid Google Maps business URL. We are not liable for delays or errors caused by incorrect information you supply.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are currently processed manually. After submitting your order form or contacting us via Telegram, we will confirm your order and provide payment instructions within 1 business hour during operating hours (09:00–22:00 UTC).

Payment is required before review publication begins unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of order confirmation. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the quantity you select. Prices are subject to change; the price displayed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.

4. Delivery and Timeline

Review publication begins within 24–48 hours of order confirmation and receipt of payment. Reviews are delivered at the pace you select at checkout:

  • Gradual — approximately 1 review every 5 days
  • Standard — approximately 1 review per day
  • Fast — approximately 2 reviews per day

Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to platform moderation and technical factors outside our control. Delivery speed guarantees are targets, not hard contractual deadlines.

5. Replacement Guarantee

We guarantee that every review you pay for will be successfully published on Google Maps. If any review is removed by Google within 30 days of its confirmed publication date, we will replace it at no additional charge.

The replacement guarantee applies only to reviews that were confirmed as published in your tracking dashboard. It does not cover:

  • Reviews removed more than 30 days after publication
  • Removal caused by actions you take (e.g., claiming ownership, contacting Google)
  • Reviews on listings that are suspended or removed by Google for unrelated reasons

You will not be charged for any review that fails to publish. The pay-for-results model means no publication = no charge.

6. Content Approval

Before any review is published, you will receive review drafts via your tracking dashboard for approval. By approving a review, you confirm the content is acceptable for publication. We will not publish reviews you have not approved.

You may request edits to review drafts. We will accommodate reasonable requests at no extra cost. Unreasonable requests (e.g., demands for factually false content, legal claims, or competitor defamation) may be declined.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Post reviews about a business you do not own or have authority to represent
  • Defame, harass, or make false claims about any person or business
  • Circumvent any Google platform policy for purposes other than legitimate reputation management
  • Resell our services without explicit written permission

Violation of this section may result in immediate cancellation of your order without refund at our sole discretion.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not publicly disclose your business name, order details, or our engagement without your explicit written consent. This includes case studies, testimonials, or marketing materials.

By placing an order, you agree that we may retain your order data internally for operational and legal compliance purposes for up to 3 years.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RepuBoost's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or damage to reputation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for Google Maps platform decisions, including the removal of reviews beyond our guarantee period, changes to platform policies, or suspension of business listings.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days of written notice, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
